Beth spearheads Puppet’s customer-centric approach to maximize the company’s customer acquisition, retention, expansion, and profitability. She brings more than 20 years of leadership experience (at startups and enterprises alike) to the team. At Veeam, Beth was responsible for a global strategy and GTM operations team, and she also built and led Veeam’s first customer success organization focused on the company’s largest enterprise customers. Prior to joining Veeam, Beth ran a global customer success team for VMware’s Horizon Air service after VMware acquired Desktone where Beth was vice president of services, support, and operations. Beth has held many customer-facing leadership positions at companies such as Imprivata, The FeedRoom, Centra Software, and Arthur Andersen. She holds a dual degree in economics and MIS from the University of Notre Dame.
